Dell has released a couple of compact, dependable business solutions offering easy-to-deploy, easy-to-manage, out-of-the-box systems designed to meet your everyday office demands. The 14.1-inch Dell Vostro A840 laptop and the 15.6-inch Dell Vostro A860 laptop come equipped with all the must-haves, including 1GB RAM, 160GB or 120GB hard drives, CD or DVD burners, WiFi and optional Bluetooth. Depending on the configuration you choose, the laptops come with processors ranging from Intel’s Celeron to the Core 2 Duo, and either Vista or Ubuntu operating systems. The Vostro A840 laptop and the Vostro A860 laptop each tip the scales at around five pounds.
