Optimus Prime Transformers Replica For Sale on eBay!

Why hello there. My name is Optimus, Optimus Prime and I’m the leader of the Autobots. Take a look at me; I’m the coolest truck in the whole wide state of Florida and I’m loaded with gadgets. I have a voice activated alarm (with the voice of Optimus Prime on lock and unlock mode), 17 inch LCD TV/DVD, chrome wheels with new 285/75R22.5 tires and a custom made gear shift that shows you how happy I am every time you enter the cabin. I even have a bed with a Transformer mattress for those private moments. The only teeny-weeny problem is that -and I’m ashamed to admit it, but I can’t transform in a robot. Anyone sparing a “Energon Cube”? -Image gallery after the jump (Thanks for the tip Sophie!)

Revised Camaro Bumblebee from Transformers 2 Film

Here we go again; just as we were getting used to not hearing anything about the Transformers Movie, our friendly Autobot Bumblebee from the second installation of the Tranformer film called “Rise of the Fallen” has made its way into the internet well before the movie hits the screens in summer 2009.
The film’s producers –in cooperation with GM of course- have given the Camaro based Autobot a more aggressive look thanks to a Z28-like sport treatment that includes a new front bumper with a spoiler, a hood scoop and a slightly different paint job. See more images along with a small video after the jump. -Continued

Transformers 2 Movie to Feature Corvette Concept?

This silver coupe that looks like some sort of a Corvette Concept was spotted by a member of the Seiberton forums at a movie set for the forthcoming Transformers 2 Film, “Rise of the Fallen”. While we can’t be entirely sure that it’s a Corvette Concept, it definitely features many characteristic Vette styling cues like the coke-bottle shape body, the sharp fenders and the split rear-window. Plus it’s no secret that GM is pretty active in the Transformer movie. Apart form the Vette, the photo set also includes modified versions of the Chevy Beat and Trax concepts that premiered at last year’s NY Auto Show. –More pics after the jump

2010 Chevy Camaro SS Bumblebee from Transformers 2 Spotted Again

The revised 2010 Camaro in SS guise was captured once again during the filming of a scene from the upcoming Transformers 2 movie. The “culprit” this time was Flickr member Zacklur who was lucky enough to be awoken from the sweet voice of Isabel Lucas. As we can see clearer in these new pictures, Bumblebee has received the Camaro SS treatment which adds a relatively aggressive bodykit. See the video here or follow the jump to check out the image gallery. -Continued

Transformers 2 Movie: New Photos of the Mystery Corvette Concept

Thanks to an anonymous tipster, our Jalopnik pals have obtained a new pair of shots of the mystery Corvette Concept that will star in next year’s Transformers film sequel, dubbed “Revenge of the Fallen”. The new photos confirm that this prototype is indeed a GM vehicle as the rear-end picture reveals the “GM Design” logo on the license plate. While we’d like to believe that this is a concept car previewing the forthcoming C7 Corvette, we’ll have to wait to see what the deal with GM’s silver prototype is. -One more picture after the jump

Subie in Disguise: Subaru Impreza WRC Transformer

Now be honest; if you were a kid, wouldn’t you go crazy over a toy like Takara’s 2003 Subaru Impreza Rally Team WRC Transformer? Heck, we like it so much that we’d buy one now that we’re in an age to have kids ourselves! Released in 2003 as one of Takara’s first Binaltech Transformers figures, the Impreza WRC was used for the Autobot character Smokescreen. The 1:24 scale die-cast model looks pretty realistic as it features working doors, trunk and hood even a normal interior! –More pics after the jump
